When I called the next working day, Danielle had already been in touch with the courier and had located the whereabouts of my order and determined a warehouse search ( which could take up to 6 days ) would be have to made. I sent an email to Power to Go explaining the situation. Due to couriers faulty scanner, the tracking showed delivery had been made, yet it actually did not arrive. Although they had 5 or 6 days to deliver it, it got scheduled for delivery sooner, on Friday. My experience I purchased a River Max on Wednesday. They certainly go the extra mile to satisfy the customer. A breath of fresh air to encounter a company who take the initiative to do all they can to resolve issues without having to be badgered into doing so.
